Witch Hazel – Issue 62

This month we’ll be learning all about Witch Hazel! An often recognized name, Witch Hazel can be found in just about every drugstore, grocery store and department store that sells personal care products, usually right next to the rubbing alcohol and peroxide.

This wonderful herb is much more than just a bottle of extract sitting on the drugstore shelf, however.  Herbalists all over the world use the twigs, bark, branches and flowers for making medicine for treating varicose veins, acne, sore throats, diarrhea and much more.
