Coriander/Cilantro – Issue 76


This month we are working with a plant that is sometimes called Cilantro and sometimes called Coriander. And because Cilantro means Coriander in Spanish, we are learning about…Coriander!

This herb is easy to grow in the garden, and if you like the leaves of Coriander, better known as Cilantro, you know that as soon as the heat hits it bolts and soon sets to seeding all over. We’ll talk about the uses of Coriander, which is best known for his stomach soothing qualities, and how this herb has been used for treating many other things as well.
